Privacy Policy

Mistiko is a serverless app that runs entirely on your device. It collects no personal data, sends nothing to any server, and shares nothing with third parties. It uses no ad network, analytics SDK, or tracking tool.

The app stores only the following, locally on your device:

• Name. The name you enter during onboarding is stored only on your device (AsyncStorage) and used to personalize answers by addressing you. It is never sent to a server.
• App preferences. Your vibration and notification preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Agreement consent. The version of the agreement you accepted is flagged on your device so you are not asked again.

The app does not collect location, contacts, camera, microphone, phonebook, advertising ID, or similar sensitive data.

If you grant permission, the app schedules local reminders at random times during the day inviting you to bring a new question. These notifications are created on your device; no data leaves it. You can turn them off anytime from Settings → Daily reminders in the app or from your device settings.

Because no personal data is collected or sent out, there is no sharing with third parties. No data is transmitted over any network, so in-transit encryption does not apply (the app makes no network requests).

All data stays only on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. You can change or delete your name anytime from the Settings screen.

Mistiko is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

The answers in the app are for entertainment and personal reflection only; they are not a definite prediction. They are not a substitute for professional advice on health, legal, financial, relationship, or safety matters.

If this policy is updated, the current version is published at this address and the “Last updated” date is changed.
